Steve Taylor is a former Navy Lieutenant, high-tech entrepreneur, and business owner. He is also a Naval Academy graduate, proudly serving afloat and ashore around the world.
Upon completing his military service, Steve began a career in High Tech that stretched nearly 15 years. Purchasing his first franchise during the "great recession", he built this business into a top unit in a large system prior to selling it.
Realizing his passion and interests were evaluating, exploring, and developing business opportunities, Steve began his next chapter as a partner at the Franchise Consulting Company. He genuinely enjoys “evangelizing” the American Dream as embodied in Franchise and Small Business Ownership while helping clients both visualize and realize a better quality of life. As a military veteran, he understands both the skills and experience the typical veteran "brings to the table" and finds great personal satisfaction connecting the veteran community to opportunities that fit this special skill set.
Steve has joined Quick Mount TV specifically to identify great franchise owners, especially military veterans. He is excited to help potential franchise owners explore how they may be able to turn a relatively modest investment into an attractive income, enjoy the advantages of being a business owner and build value in an enterprise they wholly own.
Steve lives in Pleasanton, California with his wife and their three children (including twins). In his spare time, Steve enjoys cooking, skiing with his kids, and traveling throughout the state and beyond.
