Bob Hays is a franchise consultant with a diverse background in marketing and operations management. He obtained a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University and was accepted into the Navy’s flight program (AOCS). He served nine years with the US Navy as a Naval Aviator and Mission Commander flying the P-3C Orion in support of various campaigns including Operation Desert Shield, then a tour as a Flight Instructor in the training command.
Upon completion of his military service, he obtained his MBA from Indiana University Kelly School of Business, then furthered his career in manufacturing, transportation, industrial sales and business consulting positions.
More recently Bob is a seasoned franchise consultant based in Columbus, Ohio as a franchisee of Schooley Mitchell. With extensive experience in both consultancy and franchise ownership, Bob brings a unique perspective and invaluable expertise to his clients.
As a franchisee of Schooley Mitchell, Bob gained firsthand experience in the franchising industry. He understands the challenges and opportunities that come with owning and operating a franchise, and he is passionate about helping others navigate this path to success.
